To enlighten our community and demonstrate the lifelong benefits of practicing Iyengar Yoga.
To create an inclusive space where the Marrickville and surrounding community can improve their wellbeing through practicing Iyengar Yoga. Encourage the community to create a ritual of including yoga into their daily lives. A positive, inclusive community space to help people of all ages from kids to the elderly, people with individual needs, as well as special needs including MS and Autism.
For all of our students to benefit in a positive way, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually from yoga. For all of our teachers to find joy by sharing their passion for Iyengar Yoga and bring these benefits to as many people in the community as possible.
