About Half Moon Yoga
We are a not-for-profit, community-based Iyengar yoga studio established in 2004.

We offer a welcoming and unpretentious space to practise yoga. We work with you to improve your overall health, wellbeing and vitality.

Our classes cater to all levels from beginner to advanced. They also cater to your individual needs such as injury, specific pains or specific requirements.
We offer dedicated classes for people with MS. These classes are supported by MS Australia. Students are supported by multiple teachers during each class.

To enlighten our community and demonstrate the lifelong benefits of practicing Iyengar Yoga.
Our Mission
To create an inclusive space where the Inner West and broader community can improve their wellbeing through practicing Iyengar Yoga. To encourage the community to create a ritual of including yoga into their daily lives. To offer a community space to help people of all ages, from kids to the elderly, people with individual needs, as well as special needs, such as MS and Autism.
