Gary began practising yoga initially to bring some release and flexibility to his back, which often seized up painfully due to distance road cycling. He found the physical, mental and emotional effects of regular, sustained yoga so beneficial that he wanted to share the practice with others.
Gary trained and certified as an Iyengar yoga teacher with Alan Goode and began teaching in 2007.

In her teaching she is always mindful of the many demands on her students’ lives and encourages them to work skillfully, intelligently and with compassion for where they are at in their practice. Gilly teaches our Friday Gentle class.
