Beginners courses are suitable for new students with no previous yoga experience.
They provide a clear foundation in the core yoga poses and philosophy.
The short course is a great way to be introduced into the basics of yoga and is focused around learning the basic standing and seated poses. The courses are led by experienced and qualified Iyengar teachers.
