Utkatasana is described as chair or powerful/fierce pose. This variation is performed with the back against the wall and strengthens the feet, ankles, thighs, calves and spine.

Half Moon Yoga Marrickville is located in the Addison Road Community Centre. It has a very relaxed and community vibe with great access to transport and has bike and car parking available.
