You can attend either or both of the workshops
Saturday 3–5pm and Sunday 8–10am
$50 per weekend workshop
5 week course focusing on sequences that assist with managing the mind and emotions. You will be guided through yoga poses which assist with anxiety, low mood, irritability, fatigue and insomnia.
7:00 – 8:15pm

5 week course is $120
Its never too late to start being active. This gentle class is suitable for seniors. Yoga can have great benefits for the body and mind.
Fridays 10:00 – 11:00am
No previous yoga experience required.
If you have an injury, medical condition or other difficulty that requires specific attention.
Fridays 4:30 – 6:00pm
Minimum attendance is a block of 3 consecutive classes $120
$35 per ongoing session
